Hello-   I received info on this doggy through a rescue with whom I have begun volunteering, and I want to pass this on in case any of you would like to help with the “chip-in” for his rescue efforts.  If you feel compelled to help, I know any amount will be greatly appreciated!   I want to make you all aware of the upsetting nature of the photos and video in the below link.  However, sadly, it is the nature of the current situation, which is why the wonderful person making the rescue efforts is doing this.  Hopefully it will all soon change!    If the link does not work. please copy and paste into your browser.
